Dr. Joe Rubino wrote in The Self Esteem Book that 85% of the world’s population are affected by low self-esteem. Chances are, this includes you. Know this. No matter what anyone says or does, you are enough. It doesn’t matter who you used to be; what matters is who you decide to be today. And it doesn’t matter what was promised in the past, if it no longer serves you, you have an opportunity to make a change. You have every right to walk away. You are not your mistakes. You are not your history. You are not your past wounds. You are a universal miracle put here to learn some very valuable lessons and to make a change in people’s lives. To live and love life and those around you in the way that we are meant to. To adventure through life and to live it to its fullest with joy and happiness. Life is too short for anything less. Every moment of every day, you have an opportunity to choose differently. You are offered a new opportunity with every breath that you take to choose, think, decide, and act differently in a way that supports you in being all that you are capable of being. You are nothing less than. You are enough. Regardless of what or how you think and feel about yourself, know that you are absolutely perfect in the eyes of the hearts that love you.
When you chose this life, you chose it for the people and experiences that would help you learn and grow to your greatest potential and for the greater good. To contribute to your soul growth. What you currently see and feel is not all that there is, it is just a place in time. A lesson. A reminder that there is something more worth fighting for. What you choose to do with that is completely up to you. There is more out there waiting for you. You are worthy. Life is ever-changing. You are exactly where you are meant to be right now, in this moment. Know that in every second of every day, there can be a turning point for you, if you decide. Everything that you have ever endured has prepared you for this exact moment. Your angels would never hand you something you couldn’t handle.
Have faith in yourself. Believe in yourself. You are loved. You are strong. You are brave. You are a warrior.
Know this truth. Own it. Live it. Love it.
Don’t ever question yourself or your self-worth. Start walking the path to self-acceptance and find that love deep within yourself that will carry you home.
